There are a few different ways to track your orders through Rugs HQ:

Orders can be tracked from a Customer Account

If you checkout with a registered account on Rugs HQ when making an order, we will easily be able to track your order for you. Each order is managed by our fulfilment team and we employ the latest technology to monitor each shipment.

Order status is updated hourly

We stay on track with our shipments and deliveries so you can check the status of your order at any time. Our system is constantly updating each order from the time that it was placed, to the time it arrives at your doorstep.

Order tracking by Email

If you do not create a customer account at the time of checkout, we can track your order through your email and send you updates and notifications. However, by creating an account on Rugs HQ, you would qualify for many additional benefits.
