Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed with Rugs HQ, the shipping occurs within a 48-hour period. Once this step has been completed, the customer become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from Rugs HQ. For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations once the 48-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in this e-mail receipt is correct. We give you 48 hours to review your e-mail confirmation and reply with any discrepancies or changes at no charge. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 48-hour window, Rugs HQ will proceed with shipping. Any cancellation of the order after this point will need to follow the Return Policy.
